At Arcadian Communities, we believe in our commitments to our residents.  We also train our management teams to provide excellent customer service to all residents.  We stand by this guarantee by providing a 30-day move in guarantee.  If you are unhappy with your new apartment home within the first 30 days of moving in, we will release you from your lease contract.*

Maintenance Guarantee

Arcadian Communities stands by a 48 hour maintenance guarantee.  When you live at a Arcadian Community, you can be assured that your maintenance requests will be addressed within 48 business hours, or you won’t pay rent until your work is completed and you are satisfied!*

CARES Teams recognize that residents want more than just a place to live - they want a community of friends and a place to belong.  CARES Teams are neighbors who make an apartment a home!  We have a team in place that lives at Arcadian West and are residents just like you.
